Real Estate Net 0 Management

In 2017, Switzerland ratified the Paris Climate Agreement. The agreement is necessary to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius compared to pre-industrial times. The total revision of the CO2 law provides for Switzerland's greenhouse gas emissions to be halved by 2030 (compared to 1990). The federal government's long-term climate strategy calls for net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. For real estate owners and investors, the question arises as to the optimal CO2 reduction strategy.

We support asset and portfolio management in accounting for CO2 emissions, developing reduction paths and optimizing property business plans that make ecological and economic sense. The focus is not only on emissions, but also on the costs of reduction, the earnings potential of the individual properties and the performance of the entire real estate portfolio.

Our services:

·       Balancing of energy consumption and CO2 emissions according to common standards (SIA-KBOB, BAFU, GHGP)

·       Monitoring of energy consumption and CO2 emissions, review of target values

·       Benchmarking energy consumption and CO2 emissions with comparable objects and portfolios (REIDA)

·       Building energy certificates with energy consumption, CO2 emissions and recommendations for measures

·       Evaluation of alternative heat generators with variant comparison and recommendations

·       Determination and modeling of reduction strategies with measures for heating, building envelope and technology

·       Analysis and assessment of the reduction strategy with regard to CO2  emissions, energy, maintenance and investment costs

We look forward to hearing from you and are ready for an inspiring exchange of experiences with you.
